It’s hard to believe that there is no sunlight on a day like this, and yet, you can get a boost in your immune function from eating a few cloves of sunflower oil.
Sunflower seeds are one of the best plant sources of vitamin E, and they are rich in antioxidants and other nutrients that boost your skin and reduce inflammation.
Cloves are another great source of vitamin C, and sunflowers contain a high concentration of calcium, which helps lower blood pressure.
Some people have reported that eating a lot of cloves or a handful of clove seeds has also helped them feel healthier and feel more energetic.
Here’s how to make your own sunflower-seed smoothie: 1.
Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add your coconut oil to a large skillet.
Cook the sunflower and coconut oil in a single layer for about five minutes, until the oil is melted and the coconut is softened.
Add the chopped mango and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
Add a few tablespoons of the mango seed smoothies, to the pan, and add some water to thin out the smoothies.
Place your smoothies on a plate and pour a little of the liquid from the bowl over the smoothie.
This will help the smoothy soak up some of the water.
Pour the other tablespoon of liquid over the coconut, and pour it into the pan.
Place a lid on the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, and serve.
