With all the new vegan recipes, new food trends, and new recipes being created, I’ve come to a conclusion: I don’t believe in veganism.
Sure, I know that some people are really into the idea of eating meat, but it just doesn’t seem like it will change my health.
I want to be the one who’s doing the dieting, I want the weight loss, I don.
That’s why I’ve been using the Paleo diet to make me a healthier, happier person.
I don´t think I would have been as successful without it, I just don’t think it will make me healthy or give me lasting health.
That´s why I’m not going to be vegan anymore.
Paleo is a very different lifestyle to what I normally do, and that is what has been making me the happiest for a long time.
I just wish I could tell you all the secrets to living a healthy, vegan lifestyle, but alas, I’m afraid I wont be able to.
I can’t help but wonder if I might have to change my lifestyle to one that I can afford.
For now, though, I will still enjoy my Paleo food.
